About WholePath Lifestyle Medicine
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

Lifestyle medicine gave language and structure to what I had long believed as a clinician: that nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and health behaviors are not “add-ons” to care, but its foundation.
Many chronic health conditions are strongly influenced by daily habits. Lifestyle medicine focuses on these root contributors by emphasizing prevention, risk reduction, and sustainable behavior change—grounded in evidence, not trends.
As an ACLM-certified Lifestyle Medicine clinician, my approach emphasizes practical, individualized strategies that fit into real life. Rather than quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice, this approach allows the time and space to move beyond symptoms and short visits. The goal is practical, individualized strategies that fit real life and support meaningful, lasting progress—not perfection.
Lifestyle medicine does not replace medical care. Instead, it provides the time, guidance, and support often missing from traditional visits—helping patients translate medical recommendations into everyday action.
-
At WholePath Lifestyle Medicine, care is designed to be:
Collaborative – decisions are made together, based on evidence and individual priorities
Realistic – plans are practical and designed to fit into real life, not idealized routines
Individualized – care is tailored to your health history, goals, and preference
Visits are conducted via secure telehealth and designed to support focused, attentive care. This practice is intended to complement, not replace, your existing medical care. Patients are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with their primary care provider.
The initial visit serves as an opportunity to determine whether this practice is an appropriate fit for your goals and needs.
-
My role is not to replace your medical providers or manage acute medical issues. Instead, I help patients:
Understand how lifestyle factors relate to their health
Translate medical recommendations into daily habits
Identify barriers to change and develop workable solutions
Build consistency and accountability over time
Support is focused on education, guidance, and behavior change within a clearly defined scope of care.
-
WholePath Lifestyle Medicine is well suited for individuals who:
Are interested in improving their health through lifestyle change
Have stable medical conditions and ongoing primary care
Value a thoughtful, collaborative approach
Are seeking guidance, structure, and accountability
This practice may not be appropriate for individuals seeking urgent care, complex medical management, or medication-focused treatment.
